We will assess every aspect of your well being and set small actionable goals that will lead to big change in your health & fitness.
I'm not going to crack the whip when things don't go to plan - I'm going to work with you to move forwards with a new plan with your goals in mind.

I offer 121 sessions via zoom or in person.
We take a 360 approach to your well being goals - lifestyle, hormones, mindset, sleep, stress, nutrition, daily movement and exercise to create a plan that works for you, including a plan to take away and focus on yourself.
