121 Coaching Session with Sarah x 1

This is the most effective way to get personalised support for your health goals.

During our sessions we will:

  • Assess where you are now and discuss your vision of wellness
  • Make lifestyle plans to support you
  • Work through a movement and exercise plan that suits you
  • Plan movement goals for when you're alone 

I will:

  • Make sure you're happy with all movement plans
  • Work with you to agree actions
  • Support you between sessions as needed
  • Adjust your plans as needed to suit your needs
  • Encourage you to take  an holistic view of your health
  • Encourage you to see the big picture in behaviour change. 

121 sessions will be booked with Sarah at a time that suits both of you.
