Terms and Conditions of Bookings and Cancellations

In short, Mumology Movement will keep your data only for the purpose it has been collected; for health purposes and to communicate regarding sessions, promotions and cancellations, and the data will remain confidential, will not be shared or sold to any other parties. You have the right to withdraw consent to be contacted at any time, in writing.

If during this time you withdraw consent for Mumology Movement to keep information, it will be archived in a way that Mumology Movement will not access it or use it for any purpose and kept solely for Mumology Movement's legal protection.

You have the right to access information Mumology Movement stores about you and your sessions with Mumology Movement at any time

Mumology Movement uses a system called Cognito Forms to collect information on your health and medical history. This information can only be accessed by Mumology Movement . By completing this form, you are agreeing to the terms of this information being stored for the purpose of fitness or soft tissue work with Mumology Movement.

A large amount of health information is collected and due to the nature of our work it is very important that you provide accurate information and keep Mumology Movement up to date with the state of your health. This may involve completing a new form if health changes.

By providing information you will also be asked if you would like to be kept up to date with occasional communication on upcoming products, services and useful information via email. The systems used are Mailerlite and Kajabi. You will also be able to unsubscribe from these using the Unsubscribe button

The timetable and terms are subject to change.  Mumology Movement may choose to withdraw a type of session, price option or promotion at any time.

Mumology Movement may increase prices at any time with advance notice given.

No refunds will be given on class blocks once purchased unless there is a medical reason why you cannot attend or continue the sessions.

When purchasing a block of 121 sessions, please note that your purchase must be used within 1 year of purchase.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Mumology Movement NEEDS 24 HOURS NOTICE TO CANCEL YOUR SESSION.  if you give 24 hrs notice, you will not be charged for your session and it will be available to use at another time within the period of purchase.  If you do not give 24 hrs notice to cancel or reschedule your booking, you will not be entitled to a refund or to reschedule.  There are no exceptions.

If Mumology Movement has to cancel a session for any reason, Sarah will do her best to give advance notice and, in such instances, it will be available to use for another session, or you may be offered a refund.  It is your responsibility to make sure Mumology Movement has the best way to contact you to notify you of this.

You cannot transfer unused sessions to someone else without permission.  Such permission will not be unreasonably withheld.

Block sessions are assigned to individual client accounts and cannot be shared between clients.

Please confirm that you will complete the online Health Questionnaire prior to beginning work with Sarah and update this form with any changes.

Exercises and massage are safe, but it is recommended that you receive medical clearance from your doctor before starting these sessions if you have concerns, or as highlighted on the health form by ticking yes to medical conditions or symptoms.

Please inform Sarah before the session of any changes in your health or medical status.

If you feel unwell, do not take part in exercise.

It is not advisable to do new exercise within the 1st trimester of pregnancy and also for the 1st 6-8 weeks postpartum/10-12 weeks post c-section. In all incidences, you should seek medical clearance before beginning exercise.

All exercise carries a risk of injury and you must assume full responsibility in sessions at your sole risk and stop exercising if you feel any pain, and inform Sarah if you feel any discomfort during or after a session, and seek medical attention immediately.

Sarah can accept no liability for personal injury if your doctor has advised you against such exercise, if you fail to follow instructions on safety or technique or if injury is caused by negligence of another participant.

If attending a class with your baby or child, please understand the child remains your responsibility throughout the class and that the class is not aimed at involving the baby or child, Mumology Movement can take no responsibility for children who are in attendance with parents.
